Is remote therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
Yes, many clients find remote therapy just as supportive and effective, with the added convenience of accessing help from your own space. I have extensive remote experience through NHS Trusts including South London and Maudsley and Northern Health and Social Care Trust.

We’ll discuss your goals and tailor an approach that best supports your wellbeing. This is a chance for us to connect and plan how we’ll work together.
